Shipping & delivery
All orders ship within 48 hours from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. Standard shipping is free for orders over $120. Typical delivery takes 3–5 business days within the continental US.
Returns & exchanges
We offer a 100-night home trial. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a free return label. Full refund within 5 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are also free.
Care instructions
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not use fabric softener — it coats bamboo fibers and reduces wicking performance. We include a small sachet of recommended detergent in your first shipment.
Sizing & fit
Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 16" deep. Queen sheets fit standard queen mattresses (60" × 80"). King sheets fit standard king (76" × 80") and California king (72" × 84") sizes.
PCM cooling technology
PCM (Phase Change Material) micro-capsules are woven into the core layer of every Solène sheet. They absorb excess heat above 87°F and release it below 72°F. This is not a surface treatment — it will not wash out.
